SET 01

MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING

Your books, kept current and in order.

I handle the day-to-day bookkeeping that keeps your financials accurate, organized, and up to date. That includes transaction categorization and review, bank and credit card reconciliations, A/P and A/R, invoice and payment matching, receipt management, and keeping your accounts properly maintained.

At month-end, I prepare your financial statements, including your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, along with expense reports and other reporting your business needs. I also keep an eye out for discrepancies, missing information, and anything that doesn't quite add up—and I'll ask questions when something needs your attention.

You run the business. I keep the books in order.

CLEANUP & CATCHUP

SET 02
Because sometimes the books get away from you.

Maybe things are messy. Maybe they're months behind. Maybe something just isn't adding up.

I can dig in, figure out what went wrong, clean up the issues, and get things back where they need to be. That can include correcting transaction classifications, cleaning up the chart of accounts, resolving reconciliation issues, finding duplicates or missing transactions, correcting account balances, and getting receipts and documentation organized.

If your books are simply behind, catch-up work gets everything brought current and ready to move forward.

Whether you need a little straightening out or a full reset, I'll meet the books where they are.

SET 03

QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT

Not ready for full-service bookkeeping? That's okay.

If you're a newer business owner managing your own books, I can help you get your QuickBooks set up properly and build a bookkeeping routine you can actually manage.

That might mean setting up and organizing your accounts, working through categorization questions, getting your bookkeeping workflow in place, helping you understand reconciliations, troubleshooting bookkeeping issues, or simply having someone to turn to when you're not sure what you're looking at.

Support can be structured around what makes sense for you—whether that's a one-time setup, a one-off project, scheduled support calls, or ongoing help when you need it.

You handle the books. I'll be the second set of eyes when you need one.

NEED SOMETHING ELSE?

Not every bookkeeping situation fits neatly into a service list.

If you have a specific project, a bookkeeping problem you need untangled, or you're just not sure where to start, tell me what's going on.

I'll take a look and help you figure out what makes sense.
